European Maritime Pilots'​ Association (EMPA) represented by its President Miguel Vieira de Castro had the privilege of meeting with the Board of Directors of the Spanish Maritime Pilots’ Association - Colegio Oficial Nacional de Prácticos de Puerto.

It was a very productive meeting, marked by a rich exchange of ideas and shared experiences that unite us as maritime pilot professionals.

Among the various topics discussed, I’m particularly excited about the first updates regarding the EMPA General Meeting in 2027. This event promises to be another important milestone for our European pilotage community.
